Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MMP Web Builder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MMP Web Builder is a platform that allows users to generate public websites for their organizations using data from the MakeMyPass API. We provide tools for basic customization, such as event labeling and ordering.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate MakeMyPass API endpoints.
• Ensuring you have the right to represent the organization for which you are creating a site.
• The content displayed on your generated site (which is pulled from your API).
• Maintaining the security of your account.

4. Prohibited Content and Use

You may not use the Service to create sites that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or harassment. We reserve the right to remove any organization site or ban any user who violates these terms or whose site is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

MMP Web Builder and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hafis CP and its licensors. The logos and event data pulled via API remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MMP Web Builder, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
