ReactOn Workshop

⚛️ ReactOn '26: Build Your First React App in 3 Hours

Every great website you use runs on something like React. Instead of just reading about it, you'll build with it, live, with us, in one morning.

Join ReactOn '26, a hands-on workshop by the FOSS Club as part of Yagna Dhruva '26. Open your laptop, start from zero, and walk out with a working Task Tracker App that you built yourself.

What you'll do

• Understand how React thinks: components, props, state and project structure

• Code a functional Task Tracker App, step by step

• Get the skills to start your own projects, hackathon ideas and portfolio pieces

Why join

• 100% hands-on: you code the whole time, no slide marathons

• Beginner-friendly: if you know basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript, you're ready

• A real project to show for your morning

• Learn alongside peers who are just as curious as you

What to bring

• 💻 Laptop with Node.js (LTS) installed

• 📘 Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• 🧑‍💻 VS Code (recommended)
