Guidelines

1. The entries have to be your own and content copied from any external sources shall lead to direct disqualification.

2. BGM, songs, images, or other copyrighted material may be used only with proper credit. Any copyright claims or disputes arising from the submitted content will be the responsibility of the participants.

3. There is no subject/theme for the competition in particular.

4. The film cannot exceed a total of 15 minutes running time (including the title cards and credits). Any exceed in time will be subjected to negative marking.

5. The film can be in any language, but English subtitles must be provided. 6. Physical presence of the applicant is not mandatory.

7. Each team can have a maximum of 20 participants. The names of all team members must be provided during registration.

8. A participant may be part of only one team.

9. Each registered team is permitted to submit only one entry. A team or participant found submitting multiple entries under different team names or registrations will be subject to disqualification.

10. No vulgarities and obscenities will be allowed.

11. The entries should be submitted through the mentioned email on or before 4th October 2026 (Email: framefusionyd26@gmail.com).

13. The submitted file should be named in the format: TeamName_FilmTitle

14. Quality of the video should be suitable for the screening of the film using standard projector (min 720 picture quality).

15. AI Usage: AI-generated content must not be used to create any part of the submitted film. However, AI-generated content may be shown or referenced as part of the storyline, such as a character viewing AI-generated images or videos, provided it is used only as a story element and not as a substitute for the participants’ own creative work. Any violation of this rule will result in negative marking.

16. Only the best entries will be selected and screened.

17. In case of any disputes, the decision of judges and coordinators will remain final.
