At Quest 2026, Phoenix Reign – Spell Ops brings operations to life through action, decision-making, and teamwork. Inspired by the precision and discipline of the wizarding world, this event explores how everyday operations quietly power success behind the scenes. Participants will step into situations that mirror real operational challenges - where planning, coordination, and timely decisions make all the difference.

GUIDELINES:
• Teams must consist of 3 participants from the same institution.
• Participants are expected to remain available for the full duration of the event.
• Personal laptops, notebooks, and pens should be brought by the teams.
• Use of mobile phones or the internet is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
• Judges decisions will be final and binding and cannot be contested.
• Participants are encouraged to maintain professional conduct and adhere strictly to time limits.
