Order of The Phoenix: The Leadership Quest (HR)

Step into the wizarding world of people management at the Order of The Phoenix: The Leadership Quest, an HR strategy event designed for future leaders and aspiring managers. Teams will face engaging challenges that test their HR knowledge, workplace decision-making, ethics, and problem-solving skills.

GUIDELINES:
• Teams must consist of 4 members
• The HR competition consists of 3 different rounds, conducted over 2 days at regular intervals
• Business Formals are mandatory (participants are encouraged to strictly maintain professional attire)
• No mobile phones/internet unless permitted by coordinators.
• Adherence to time limits is mandatory
• Judges’ decision will be final and cannot be contested
