Activity Flow

🎲 Genre Selection Game

• Participants sit in a circle and pass a ball while music is playing.

• When the music stops, the person holding the ball picks a chit from the bowl.

• The chit contains the music genre they will present.

⏱ Preparation Time (10 Minutes)

Participants will have 10 minutes to prepare a short presentation by exploring:

• Origin and history of the genre

• Popular artists associated with the genre

• Interesting facts

• How it differs from other genres

• Why they personally find the genre interesting

🎤 Genre Presentation

Each participant will:

• Introduce and explain their assigned music genre.

• Share key facts and highlights.

• Play one song that best represents the genre.

🎙 Open Mic Session (Last 30 Minutes)

The final 30 minutes will be dedicated to an open mic where members can:

• Perform songs

• Share music recommendations

• Play instruments

• Express themselves creatively

💬 Feedback Session

Participants can share their thoughts about the event through:

• Verbal feedback during the session

• Anonymous written feedback using sticky notes
