Guidelines

• Number of participants in each team is 8-12 and a leader should represent the team.

• First Prize for the event is Rs. 16,000 and Second Prize is Rs. 12,000.

• Registration fee is Rs. 200 per head which should be paid during registration through website.

• There is no maximum limit of participation from a single college.

• The team members must be from same college.

• Time limit for the event is 5-7 minutes.

• The event is open to all UG and PG Students.

• Participants must provide College ID cards. If the College ID is unavailable an authorized letter from college is required as Proof.

• Participants are allowed to mix a maximum of 5 Songs for their performance.

• Participants can bring images (PNG /JPEG) or videos (MP4 Format) for display on the video wall if they wish.

• Sound track must be submitted 1 hour before and it should be clearly audible.

• All types of dance forms like hip hop, contemporary, classical, folk, jazz, etc. are allowed.

• The costume of the participants must be neat and decent. No vulgarity will be entertained.

• The participants will be judged on the basis of their choreography, stage utilization, synchronization, facial expressions, theme execution, creativity, costume and appearance and overall effects.

• The participants should strictly follow the time and they should be present before 15 minutes of the commencement of the event.

• Use of obscene or offensive contents would lead to disqualification.

• All types of properties are permitted except dangerous props such as flammable materials or sharp objects.

• The Organisers hold the right to disqualify any participants in the case of misconduct or deviation from the rules.

• The decisions of the judges will be final.
