G U I D E L I N E S

• Theme selection is open to the team.

• First Prize for the event is Rs. 20,000 and the Second Prize is Rs. 10,000.

• The registration fee for the event is Rs. 250/- per head, which should be paid at the time of registration through website.

• All participants must carry a valid College ID card or an authorization letter.

• Time limit: Maximum of 10 minutes (including performance and stage set up).

• Participants: 7-12 per team on stage. (The total team strength, including models, designers, and helpers, must not exceed 20 members).

• Exceeding the allotted time will result in negative marking.

• Teams must bring their background music and visuals (if any) in a pen drive and should be submitted in advance.

• All video files must be in MP4 format and compatible with LED screen display.

• Send the video at least 2 days before the event, and if there is any description, please include it at the beginning of the video.

• Indecent clothing is strongly prohibited. Any form of obscenity will lead to debarring the team from the contest.

• Participants may use props or equipment relevant to their costume or theme.

• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

• Facilities: Green room will be provided.

• Conduct: No vulgarity, obscenity, cigarettes, alcohol, or unfair means.

• Participants are solely responsible for any technical issues and compatibility of audio files.

• Judging criteria: Costumes, theme interpretation, ramp walk tagline and attitude.
