G U I D E L I N E S

• Theme: Think • Create • Cook • Present

• Venue : HM Block, Kitchen Labs.

• Duration: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

• Registration amount: Rs. 300 (per head).

• First Prize: Rs. 6,000.

• Second Prize: Rs. 4,000.

• Team Composition:

- Each team shall consist of 2 participants.

-Participants must carry their valid college/institution ID cards

-A participant can be a member of only one team.

• Competition Format:

-The competition consists of two rounds:

• Round 1 - Mystery Basket:

  -Teams will be provided with a basket containing specified ingredients.

-Participants must identify the ingredients and develop a suitable dish/concept.

-Basic pantry ingredients may be provided by the organizers.

• Round 2 - Culinary Challenge:

  -Teams must prepare dishes using the designated/mystery ingredients.

  -The dish should demonstrate appropriate culinary techniques, creativity and professional standards.

  -Participants must complete cooking within the allotted time.

• Round 3 – Presentation & Explanation

  The completed dish must be plated and presented professionally.

  Teams must explain the concept, ingredients, cooking methods and presentation to the judges.
