GUIDELINES

• A team must consist of four (4) members.

• First Prize for the event is Rs. 10,000 and the Second Prize is Rs. 5,000.

• The registration fee for the event is Rs. 300 (per head) which should be paid at the time of registration through website.

• All the team members must be from the same college.

• There is no limit of participation from a college.

• Team members must carry their original college ID for the Fest, which needs to be produced during registration and cross verification. If the college ID is unavailable, a letter from the college authority is required as proof.

• Each team should bring a laptop with a working camera and mic as well as a functioning mobile phone with good network.

• Participants must have the following applications installed in their laptop/mobile phone: WhatsApp and Instagram.

• The event is open to both PG and UG students of any stream and for all professional courses. Students pursuing distance education or courses like CA can participate but must produce a valid college ID or authorization letter.

• All participants are required to maintain discipline and follow the guidelines throughout the event.

• Teams will be eliminated on the spot if any unfair means are used including use of any AI tools.

• Details and regulations for the particular round will be disclosed at the event location.

• Participants must adhere to the time limit proposed by the coordinators.

• The organizing committee won't be responsible for any individual technical glitches faced during the competition.

• In case of a tie, a business quiz will be used as a tie-breaker.

• The decision of the judges will be final.
