EVENT DETAILS

Mode: Online & Offline

PARTICIPATION DETAILS

• Team Size: 1–4 members

• Registration Fee: ₹150 per team

• Prize Pool: ₹2,000/-

SUBMISSION & PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

• Each team must present their idea using a PowerPoint presentation or equivalent visual aid

• A working prototype or demonstration is optional but encouraged

Time Allocation:

• Presentation: 5–7 minutes

• Q&A: 2–3 minutes

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Evaluation will be based on:

• Innovation and Originality

• Feasibility and Practical Implementation

• Social Impact and Relevance

• Clarity and Effectiveness of Presentation

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. The proposed idea must be original and innovative

2. Teams must consist of 1 to 4 members

3. Any form of duplication or plagiarism will lead to disqualification

4. Participants must carry a valid ID Card (College/Institution)

5. Participants must report at least 30 minutes before the event (for offline mode)

6. Only registered participants are allowed to present

7. The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding

8. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify rules or schedule if required
