RULES & REGULATIONS

Eligibility

1. The competition is open to male participants only.

2. Participants must be college students and must carry a valid College ID Card and Aadhaar Card.

3. Age Limit: 18 to 25 years.

Category Classification

4. The competition will be conducted based on height categories:

   • Below 170 cm

   • 170 cm and Above

Tanning & Appearance

5. Tanning is mandatory for all participants.

   • Participants without tan will not be allowed on stage.

6. Only normal (standard) tan is permitted.

   • Silver / metallic tan is strictly prohibited

7. Use of oil is strictly not allowed on the body.

Dress Code

8. Participants must wear proper Men’s Physique posing trunks.

9. Bermudas, loose shorts, or any other inappropriate attire are not allowed.

Competition Guidelines

10. Participants must perform all compulsory Men’s Physique poses as instructed by the judges.

11. Participants must follow all instructions given by judges and coordinators.

12. Any misconduct or violation of rules will lead to disqualification.

Reporting & Stage Rules

13. Participants must report at the registration desk at least 30 minutes before the event.

14. Participants must be present on stage when their trunk number is called.

15. If a participant fails to appear after the third call, they will be disqualified.

Code of Conduct

16. Use of alcohol, tobacco, or any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.

• Violation will result in immediate disqualification.

17. Participants must maintain discipline, professionalism, and sportsmanship throughout the event.

Judging Criteria

18. Judging will be based on:

• Physique & Muscle Definition

• Symmetry & Proportion

• Stage Presence

• Confidence & Presentation

19. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

General Rules

20. The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to rules or schedule if necessary.
