EVENT OVERVIEW

Participants will be given a design problem to model using SolidWorks within a specified time. The challenge tests precision, speed, and technical understanding.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Eligibility

• Open to all college students

• Participants must carry a valid College ID Card

2. Participation

• Individual participation only

• Only registered participants are allowed

3. Reporting Time

• Participants must report 30 minutes before the event

• Late entries may lead to disqualification

4. Competition Guidelines

• Participants must use SolidWorks 3D only

• The design task will be provided on the spot

• Participants must complete the model within the given time limit

• Any external help or reference materials are not allowed unless permitted

5. Lab Rules

• Participants must use assigned systems only

• Do not install unauthorized software or tools

• Any misuse of lab facilities will lead to disqualification

6. Judging Criteria

Evaluation will be based on:

• Accuracy of Dimensions

• Detailing & Finishing

• Time Efficiency

• Viva (Concept Understanding)

7. Code of Conduct

• Maintain discipline and follow instructions of coordinators

• Any malpractice or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification

8. Final Authority

• The decision of the judges will be final and binding

• Organizers reserve the right to make changes if required
