Workshop Guidelines & Pre-Requisites

1. Participant Requirements

• Participants should have a basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and networking.

• Basic familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line concepts is preferred. • The workshop is suitable for students with an interest in Cyber Security, Cyber Forensics, Ethical Hacking, Networking, or IT.

2. Laptop / System Requirements • Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops.

• Kali Linux installed either directly or as a Virtual Machine (VM) is preferred. Recommended minimum:

• 8 GB RAM •

20–30 GB free storage

• 64-bit processor with virtualization support if using a VM

• Working USB ports

• Wi-Fi/LAN connectivity
