THE IMPOSTOR PROJECT

The Impostor Project is a unique team-based technical competition inspired by hackathons and social-deduction games like Among Us. Each team is given a common technical problem and must collaboratively design and develop a solution within a limited time. However, one team member is secretly assigned a different objective and must subtly influence the team without being identified. Teams must balance technical development, communication, decision-making and observation while trying to identify the impostor before the final submission. The event tests not only technical skills but also teamwork, leadership, logical thinking, adaptability, communication and strategic decision-making.
