Signal Seeker is an exciting competitive event that combines robotics, sensors, and autonomous navigation. In this challenge, participants are required to bring a pre-built robot equipped with a sound sensor. During the event, the organizers will generate a sound signal from a circuit, and the robot must accurately detect the signal and autonomously navigate toward its source.
Team Consists of 1-4 members.
Robot Specifications: -Dimensions: Robots typically have size restrictions, often around 25 x 25 x 25 cm. -Weight: A maximum weight limit, often around 1 kg, is common. -Power: Voltage limits, often 24V, are usually in place to ensure safety. -Construction: Robots must be primarily constructed by the participating team (proof requirement: A making video of robot is mandatory), with ready-made robots potentially disqualified. -Autonomous Operation: Robots must operate without human intervention once the race begins. -No Wireless Communication: Wireless communication with the robot during the working is generally prohibited. -Winning Criteria: The team whose robot detects the sound signal and reaches the source in the shortest time will be declared the winner.
