Frame Forge

A team-based competition where students build PVC roll cages by replicating a provided model, testing their speed, accuracy, and teamwork. 1. Teams must have 3 current students. 2. PVC pipes, joints, and tools will be provided—no personal materials or tools allowed. 3. Follow the given model exactly—no changes or extra features. 4. The model will be shown before starting. 5. Time starts when materials are given and the signal is given, and stops when the team tells the judges they are done. 6. Fastest time after penalties wins. 7. Penalties: +30 sec for each loose joint or wrong connection. +1 min for unstable structure. 8. Disqualification for unapproved tools, materials, or unsafe behavior. 9. Handle all materials safely, no throwing, wear gloves if provided.
